Avello then gave him written permission for messenger betting. And when he went to work at DraftKings, the player went there and again received the now verbal permission to place bets through another person.
In an exclusive interview with SportsHandle, the player showed screenshots of his bets and noted that he is very offended by the operator’s decision and is considering going to court. He accuses the operator of deliberately allowing messenger betting if the players lose, and do not tolerate it if they win.
