Fischer Gaming launches the first ETF in Europe at the Rates for Sports and Igaming

Fischer Gaming, a company offering consulting services for the global gaming industry, ready to create the first exchange fund (ETF) first in Europe, designed exclusively for companies engaged in sports rates and gambling online games.

The ETF, dubbed the Sports Betting and iGaming UCITS ETF (BETZ LN) and launched in conjunction with the London ETF platform HANetf, will be listed on the London Stock Exchange in June at a 0.69% expense ratio.

Fischer Gaming predicts that sports betting and iGaming, including online betting such as casino games, poker and fantasy sports, will grow exponentially over the next ten years.

The company bases this assumption on a Goldman Sachs report, which predicts the U.S. sports betting and iGaming market will grow by 2,300% between 2020 and 2033 to reach $ 53 billion.

Aaron Fisher, Founder and CEO of Fischer Gaming, said:

“Having witnessed a huge surge in the popularity of sports betting and iGaming, driven by favorable changes in legislation, we feel that now is the perfect time to launch our ETF for sports betting and iGaming. The growth projections for this sector are very promising and we are delighted to offer European investors the opportunity to access this exciting and emerging market. “

Hector McNeill, co-founder and co-CEO of HANetf commented:

“HANetf has always been at the forefront of innovation in the European ETF market, and the addition of ETFs for sports betting and iGaming only adds to the confidence in this claim. We are delighted to offer the European investor a seat at the sports betting table and iGaming while observing how their North American counterparts have taken advantage of this exciting growing market. “
